| If you would like your order shipped insured mail we recommend purchasing Package Insurance. If you purchase insurance we do guarantee delivery and a replacement package will be sent out after 30 days of original ship date. If you do not purchase insurance we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse so we strongly encourage the purchase of insurance. We ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.

Cancelling an order
Unfortunately once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled. If you do need to make a return please let us know and we can certainly accomodate you. Thank you for your understanding.

We usually process orders and ship them out within 2-3 business days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.) Please note that during the summer months (June, July and August) orders placed Wednesday thru Sunday will most likely ship on the following Monday. |
